About
Built for the town it sits in
One Eleven Works exists because there are people all over southeast Kansas building real businesses without anywhere proper to do it.
Mission
Where small-town dreams grow into real businesses
We are a coworking space, a set of private offices, a consulting practice, and an event space. What ties it together is simple: everything a small business in Coffeyville needs, in one building, at prices that make sense here.
That is why the mastermind is free and why nonprofits use the conference room at no charge. A place like this only works if the town it sits in works too.
The Founder
23 years in southeast Kansas
Building, buying, and selling businesses here. That experience is what the consulting practice is built on, and it is why the advice is specific rather than generic.
What We Believe
Three things we cared about
Downtown, on purpose
111 W. 8th St. is in the middle of things. Businesses that work downtown keep downtown working.
Help, not just desks
Anyone can rent you a chair. The mastermind and the consulting are the reason this is different.
Open to the town
The mastermind is free to anyone and nonprofits use the conference room for nothing. That was in the plan from the start.
Come and Meet Everyone
The easiest way in is the mastermind
It is free, it runs once a month, and anyone building something is welcome.
